The Mentoring Meeting Format
We personalize each mentoring session for your needs and goals. You decide your weekly day and time, online via Zoom or face-to-face, if in Asheville, NC. Each session is 60 minutes, except for the 7th session, which extends to 90 minutes.
We also offer optional brief check-ins between sessions for quick assistance to pull it all together and keep you moving forward. Call, text or email us for on-the-spot support.

Please Note: “Resilient Recovery: Self-Care Skills for Relapse Prevention” is provided under N.C. licensure as Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CADC). Other programs offered by A Mindful Emergence, LLC are separate and never blended with Resilient Recovery, nor do we ever transition to them.
