In the short time I’ve worked with Eddie and Margaret I feel like I’ve made great progress on my path to serenity. With Eddie’s coaching, I’ve gone from meditating for an excruciating five minutes a day to a morning and evening practice of twenty relaxing minutes each – something I never thought I’d be able to do.

With Margaret, I’ve incorporated yoga practice that has helped to energize yet ground me in the morning and to relax and let go in the evening. I’ve noticed less anxiety during the day and improved sleep at night.
